Question:
I just got the product yesterday and the instruction and key are inside the deposit box. Please suggest how to open the safe?
Answer: The safe has to be programmed with a code. If you don't have the directions call the company and have them send you one. -
Question:
When you say two digit codes, how many digits can be used? Only two digits; i.e. 5 & 7; is that considered a two digit code?
Answer: The safe can be programmed with one or two 3-8 digit codes. For example, 5 & 7 would count as a two digit code. -
Question:
Can the two digit codes be changed periodically, or do they stay the same once they are chosen?
Answer: Follow the instructions and it can be changed anytime. -
Question:
Can the keypad be muted?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. Opening the safe can be quite noisy. -
Question:
Does the money bag fit into the slot?
Answer: No, only envelopes can fit through the slot. -
Question:
What is the size of the drop slot? Length and width? Will a bank deposit bag fit?
Answer: The bank deposit bag will not fit through the slot.
