The LockNLube grease coupler is a universal coupler suitable for a large range of sizes. It was made in South Africa by Gurtech. The user should check if the current connector is threaded. If the first 1/8 inch of the hose is not threaded, this coupler will not fit. To install the coupler, the user needs to make sure the gun is pumping grease, then try again, before putting it on a fitting. Although the hose was included to provide a sense of scale, the product is only the coupler. The zerk center valve should be checked before the coupler is clipped on, and a pick can be used to push in on the valve to dislodge any debris. If grease leaks out of the locknlube coupler, take it off and check the zerk center valve again. If necessary, remove the zerk fitting to check the center valve's functionality, then re-install the zerk fitting and clip the locknlube coupler back on, and then pump with grease. The coupler is a life saver and time saver. There have been no complaints of defects. The LockNLube Grease Coupler is a universal coupler that is rated for up to 10,000 PSI with standard 1/8 in NPT.
