The chair features an adjustable massage lumbar cushion, retractable footrest, and a high-back ergonomic leather racing design. The chair is designed to be sturdy and durable, with a weight capacity of up to 350lbs. The product comes in two versions, with the 149 version lacking the massage lumbar cushion and only supporting up to 250lbs. The chair is easy to assemble, taking only 15-20 minutes, and the pieces are easy to fit in the correct places. The chair also has memory foam that makes it very comfortable. Customers also appreciate the adjustable headrest and the large seat, which offers them comfort and enough room to feel comfortable while working or gaming. One key flaw is that the chair does not offer the best low back support. Additionally, some customers experienced problems such as the gas piston failing and the plastic splitting after a short amount of time, making the chair less durable. A few customers also noted the chair began creaking after only a month of use, which was very noticeable and annoying.
