Answer: No smell or white powder on these bands...they are just fine. I've bought other one's like Theraband that do have that nasty powder coating. No problems with these though. -

Answer: The difference between the light orange and the light green bands is in the thickness and the tension each one provides. The lb ratings for each band in our collection can be found in the answer. -

The individual bands state that bands are 7 ft by 6 inches. these say 7 x 5 inches. Are the different than those sold seperately?
Answer: Yes, the Advanced Band Set is packaged with the 5-inch wide x 7-foot resistance band material with no logo imprint on the bands. We will be upgrading the advanced band set to the 6-inch wide material to match the 6-inch single bands product in the next couple of months. -

Answer: The color of the band represents its strength/resistance. The tension range for each color can be found in the answer. -

Answer: We recommend using the Door Anchor that is included with this product for chest fly exercises. Position it up high on a door for full extension and even loading of the band. -
