The turntable is well-crafted, easy to use and produces excellent sound that brings records to life with full, rich and detailed sound. However, some customers have complained of a hum that seems hard to remove, which is a drawback especially when using it with a portable speaker without grounding wire. Also, some have noted that the cartridge that comes with the turntable can be improved by replacing it with a better cartridge, and by purchasing a silicon rubber mat, the sound of the platter can be refined.
