It is suggested to store it in a cooler after opening, and the shelf life mainly ranges up to 18 months. It is made up of Broad Beans, Red Chili, Wheat Flour, Salt and is free from Soy Sauce. Customers have tried it with different dishes like spicy boiled fish and twice-cooked pork and loved the depth and complexity of the flavor. However, some customers found it a bit salty; thus, it is recommended to add this paste first and then salt to taste. Apart from this, some customers found issues with wheat in the ingredients, which caused a family member to fall sick, and some found it not very distinguished from Du Ban Jian from Taiwan.
