Customer Experience and Reception of a Large Leather Tote: This large leather tote features genuine leather braided tape straps to ensure carrying comfort and prevent slipping. It comes with reinforced stitching and nails to make the shoulder straps more durable for long-term use. Customers were able to use it as a work bag with a laptop, notebooks, and daily essentials at the same time. However, one customer was not satisfied with the fact that the inside pouch was separate from the bag, as they expected it to be attached. Another customer thought the bag had a zippered closure, but it had a snap instead. The majority of customers thought that the bag looked elegant and high-end, with a nice leather smell. Some of them have used it for years and it is still in great shape. However, one customer found the bag to be too heavy for their shoulder and too large for them.
