A customer reported that handles of the reflector crumbled into flimsy plastic dust during first attempt to fold it. Other customers reported that it arrived with parts damaged, dirty spots on white cloth, scratches and dents on the stand. However, shipping was fast and the product was packaged well. The overall quality of the reflector and covers were reported to be decent, filling in shadows effortlessly by some customers. It was also reported that the tripod has the option of being very tall, and it's easy to change out the color of the reflector. The set up and folding process of the product was found to be easy.
