Answer: It is recommended to apply the Techmotion lubricant spray every three to six months, depending on the frequency of use. For light users, a longer interval may be sufficient, while daily users might benefit from more frequent applications. Question:
Is the Techmotion lubricant spray safe to use around pets and children?
Answer: Yes, the Techmotion lubricant spray is designed to be safe for indoor use around pets and children when applied as directed. It is a silicone-based formula that is non-toxic and does not have harmful fumes. However, it’s important to let the lubricant settle before allowing pets or kids near the treadmill, ensuring that they aren’t exposed to any residue. Always read the instructions before use to maintain safety. -
Question:
How do I apply the Techmotion silicone lubricant to my treadmill?
Answer: To apply the Techmotion silicone lubricant, first, ensure the treadmill is turned off and unplugged. Lift the treadmill belt slightly and spray the lubricant evenly underneath it, focusing on the areas that experience the most friction. After spraying, allow a few moments for the lubricant to penetrate before running the treadmill at a low speed for a brief duration. This ensures that the lubrication is distributed evenly and effectively. -
Question:
Can the Techmotion lubricant improve treadmill noise levels?
Answer: Yes, using the Techmotion silicone lubricant can significantly reduce noise levels created by friction between the treadmill belt and deck. By minimizing this friction, the treadmill operates more quietly, providing a more pleasant environment for workouts. If you're using the treadmill in a shared space, applying this lubricant can make your exercise more enjoyable and less disruptive to others. -
Question:
How much lubricant is in the Techmotion spray can?
Answer: The Techmotion silicone lubricant spray typically comes in an easy-to-handle can designed for multiple applications. While the exact volume can vary, it's generally sufficient for several uses, allowing for extended maintenance without the need for constant reordering. This practicality makes it a great investment for regular treadmill users looking to maintain optimal performance over time. -
Question:
Will the lubricant leave a mess after application?
Answer: When used properly, the Techmotion silicone lubricant is designed to minimize mess. It is best to apply it directly onto the treadmill belt and deck without overspray. Keeping the application neat ensures that excess lubricant doesn’t drip or create a slippery area around the treadmill. Following application instructions and allowing the lubricant time to absorb effectively reduces the chance of leaving a mess. -
Question:
Can Techmotion lubricant be used on other fitness equipment?
Answer: Yes, the Techmotion 100% Silicone Treadmill Belt & Deck Lubricant Spray can also be utilized on other fitness equipment with a similar design that requires silicone lubrication, such as elliptical machines or stationary bikes.
