This is a combination padlock that can be used for school gym lockers, sheds, and gates. It is not TSA certified and not suitable for use on luggage. Some customers have used it outdoors but it does not seem to fare well in extreme weather. The lock shackle has a width of 3/4 inch and will not fit over a standard round door handle lock. The lock can be a little challenging to open sometimes but it can be reset easily. The packaging includes two blue or black locks. The combination is easy to program and accurate.
