Kryptonite Bottom Brackets 720018000730 Editorial Review
The customer experience with this bike lock mount is quite mixed, showcasing both positive attributes and significant frustrations among users. Many reviewers appreciate the versatility of the mount, highlighting its ability to fit a variety of bike frames, including round and rectangular tubes. The installation process is generally reported as straightforward, with some users noting that secure attachment is key to preventing loosening over time. However, this has also led to complaints about the mount failing to hold firmly in place, with users reporting that it requires frequent re-tightening to prevent it from wobbling or even falling off. On the downside, there have been several complaints regarding the overall quality and durability of the mount, with some users experiencing issues such as the plastic housing cracking, parts not fitting correctly, and the mount causing scuff marks on their bike frames. The difficulties in installation and the necessity for modifications, such as sanding parts down for better fit, have further diminished satisfaction among certain customers. Those who have had a successful experience seem to emphasize the importance of proper installation while others express dissatisfaction with product design and material quality. Overall, while the mount serves its purpose of securely holding the lock to the bike in theory, the practical experiences described by customers suggest that many have encountered significant operational issues that could lead to frustration and disappointment. **
