Answer: Yes, channels 1, 2, and 5 have red lights at the bottom to indicate a peak or overload/clipping. VU meters are used to show send levels or main levels which when in the red indicate that as well. The main level has a meter indicator which when in red is clipping. -

Does this unit have that warmth or it’s more show than go?
Answer: The tube input is very warm. It is suggested to use a 100 watt tube amp with some decent speakers at the amplifier. Even old school Kenwood 3-way cabinets sound awesome hooked up through this mixer to a stereo tube amp. Overall, it has excellent show and go. -
