The paper quality is adequate, with regular ink not bleeding through to the other side. All of the advertised pages are included and printed correctly, with clean and Consistent printing throughout. However, there are several drawbacks to this planner. The ring binder is flimsy and easily gets bent out of shape, requiring some users to replace it with a more sturdy binder from their old planner. Additionally, the color of the ring does not match the printed covers and is not visually appealing. The elastic strap used to keep the planner closed is overly long, resulting in a loose fit. The included folder is placed in a nonsensical spot, potentially hiding the attractive cover and exposing any stored papers for all to see. The lines separating the days and date boxes are not visually prominent, making it difficult to differentiate between sections. Lastly, the included holidays lack inclusivity and recognition of non-Protestant and non-Caucasian communities. Overall, the 2023-2024 Monthly Planner offers a reasonable price and adequate quality, but its flaws in the ring binder, design choices, and lack of inclusivity can be disappointing.
