This Lordear utility sink is a top-mount single bowl sink made of 16 gauge stainless steel. It is available in a variety of sizes and colours such as black, white or stainless steel. The sink is easy to install, but it's recommended to Consult a professional installer. Some customers were concerned about the sink's dimensions, but the exterior dimensions are 25"L(Left to Right) x 22"W(Front to Back) x 10"D(Top to Bottom), while the interior dimensions are 23"L(Left to Right) x 17-3/4"W(Front to Back) x 10"D. The sink comes with a paper template for the cutout size. In terms of customer experience, some customers have had issues with the drain hardware that came with the sink, but this can be easily resolved by buying a new one.
