This shredder is a good option for dry leaves and small amounts of twigs and spikey balls. It has an all-metal body with a good paint job and heavy-duty blades. The machine is easy to assemble with no issues encountered throughout the process. The shoot is bigger than it looks in the product picture, which is a plus. However, it is not suitable for green, wet leaves or small branches as they tend to jam the machine. Although the discharge chute is not designed for easy use, this shredder makes an incredible amount of leaves into a small pile, especially if the leaves are dry. It is relatively easy to maneuver and ideal for shredding hay for horses. The motor is not strong enough for wet leaves and the legs are a bit short.
