The Bala Bars set of 2 3lb each is a great addition to any workout routine. The product comes packaged in a reusable mesh bag, which makes it easy to store when not in use. The coating on the bars is non-slip, which is perfect for those with sweaty hands. The design of the bars ensures that it doesn't feel like a mall walker from the 90s. However, one customer received a used/previously opened set with hair on it, and the zipper of the case was broken. Overall, the Bala Bars set is comfortable to use, and the shape is different from traditional dumbbells, making them more enjoyable to use. The weight distribution is even, making it a better option than other weights.
