  • HEATS DIESEL WHERE IT ACTUALLY GELS — It doesn't try to warm your whole tank. Your pickup tube's inlet seats into the heater's 10 mm bore inside the tank, so fuel is drawn through the slotted intake, warmed as it passes the PTC element, and sent up the line. That's where paraffin wax blocks you: at the pickup and the filter. 150 watts, aimed at the one spot that strands you.
  • SELF-REGULATING PTC — PUSH THE BUTTON, WAIT 3-5 MINUTES, GO — As the PTC element warms, its own resistance climbs and throttles it back, so it cannot overheat your fuel and there is no thermostat to set. Press the dash button 3-5 minutes before you crank; the LED tells you it's heating. Switch it off once fuel is flowing.
  • FITS 10 mm PICKUP TUBES — MEASURE FIRST — Your pickup tube's outside diameter must be 10 mm (about 3/8") and your tank opening at least 39 mm. Two set screws clamp it to the tube and a lock ring keeps them from backing out under vibration. Fits tubes up to 800 mm long. Take 30 seconds with a caliper before you order.
  • NO DRILLING, SEALED TO IP68 — Two grooved gaskets replace your stock gasket and their channels carry the wires out, so nothing is drilled into your tank. The submerged body is rated IP68 and the outside section IP67, working from -40°F to +104°F. The slotted intake doubles as a coarse pre-filter, so one part does two jobs.
