    Answer: Attach it to the filter side farthest from the blower motor using the enclosed Command Strip.

    Answer: The plastic base should be bent into a clip to hold the filter. Install it on the upstream side of the filter to prevent it from getting into the furnace or fan compartment.

The Filtrete SI-1-TB Whole House Air Freshener-Floral is meant to be used with the AC/Furnace system to give a pleasant aroma to the entire house. The installation process is fairly easy, and the fragrance is not supposed to turn into liquid and drip onto the blower. However, the experience shared by the customers in the reviews section is not very positive. Many of the customers did not experience any fragrance even after following the instructions. Some customers mentioned that the scent does not last for more than a day, while others found it toxic. A few customers faced difficulties keeping it attached to the filter, and some found it ineffective with the heater or air conditioner. Hence, the product's effectiveness and longevity are not Consistent, and it may not be worth the money.
