Answer: Totally goes back into shape or flat, the pole does not leave an indent. -

Is this one harder to stabilize in the wind than the grande because it has more surface area?
Answer: Yes, I would probably buy a couple of shorter sticks for it. On the beach, bury the bags in the sand after filling them and setting them where you want them. -
Question:
I’m looking into purchasing 2 more tent poles for the Gigante size tent. When are they expected to be back in stock?
Answer: The Gigante Poles should be available at the end of next week. -

Could this tent be used on grassy areas other than the beach?
Answer: If you got some screw-in stakes or alternate filler for the bags. -

Answer: Not really sure what the conversion kit is, but if just the poles, then yes. -

Does this only come with 2 poles?
Answer: Mine came with 4 poles all 8’. I ordered 2 extra 6’ poles to make it slant more in the back keeping the sun off. -

Which color is available for the Gigante tent?
Answer: We offer the following colors/prints in the Gigante: Aqua Fronds, Mint Tie Dye, Tropical Floral, Flamingos, Save the Whales, Coral, Teal, White, Navy, and Periwinkle Blue. -
Question:
Does the fabric fade after exposure to the sun?
Answer: Yes, the color fades. We are on our third season with it. The fabric has stretched quite a bit.
